I think it’s a game with a long awaited sequel by the circle “14rabbits”. You can find them on getchu or dlsite. Just google the Original Japanese name “dokidokiりとる大家さん”.
At least quick search found no other product than the 2 game and the anime.

Thank you! Searched and had a look at some screenshots. I don’t like that sort of 3D character models, not to mention there is no English version anyway, so I’ll pass. But the OVAs were good 🙂
